Planet's Rotation

What would happend if two planets collided, and one of the planets was spinning in an incredible speed?

I have to say, this was a hard request! I have never done anything like it, but i hope it met your expectations. To keep the focus on the planet impact, i have toned down everything exept the impact itself (makes sense right?).
