So here it is, my latest work. And again, the focus is color (because im poor with the use of color ) but the only way to get better is to do it more often.

Well i use in average about 6 - 12 hours on the picture itself (not including concept and brainstorming -_-') But this one was longer due to me testing out new techniques and stuff. So this one was closer to 16 or so...

I like the colores you arranged togetner. Its a cold warm contrast in the chromatics. The red is bursting out of the cleft and the cold colores, blue, purple and green, just flowing slowly. Its a mix of vibrant, nearly touchable rays of red and calm, clowdy blue/purple/green.
You could have made the left side of the brink more solid, you suggested that around the little red claft on the left side. And some of the stars behind the nebular have the same brightness like the ones in the dark area at the left side. Shouldenīt the stars on the dark sight sparkle more brightly than the ones behind the nebular? :} ok that sound like an episode of star wars ^-^
